Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This policy explains how Tomar Contracting Limited collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website.
What we collect
We may collect information you submit via forms (for example: name, email, phone number, and message). We may also collect limited technical information (for example: device/browser data and approximate location) via analytics tools.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and deliver services. We may also use aggregated website analytics to improve website performance and user experience.
Third-party services
This website may use third-party providers for services such as form processing, analytics, and tag management. When you submit a form, your information may be processed by those providers in order to deliver the service.
Cookies and tracking
We may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information. To make a request, please contact us.
Contact
If you have questions about this privacy policy, please contact us.
Quote forms, calculator and optional analytics
The quote form sends the details you enter, your selected service, project scope, suburb, timing, originating page and any included estimate to Tomar Contracting through Formspree. We use those details to respond to your enquiry. Optional campaign labels and your originating page may be retained for the current browser session to help identify the enquiry source.
The calculator runs in your browser and does not request contact details or retrieve private quote records. Its current range is attached only when you submit the enquiry form. Changes to calculator inputs invalidate the earlier range.
If you accept analytics cookies, this site loads Google Tag Manager and can record events such as phone-link clicks, calculator completion and successful form submission. These events do not include your name, email, phone number or message. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining optional analytics does not prevent enquiries.
You can request access to or correction of enquiry information by emailing info@tomarcontracting.co.nz.
Project videos
The project video player connects to YouTube when you press play. YouTube may process device and viewing information while you use the player, under Google’s privacy policy. A direct Watch on YouTube link is also available. Decorative hero videos are served as website files and can be paused using the visible control.
