- Full Surface Clean:
The roof and exterior were treated for moss and mould, then thoroughly waterblasted to create a clean, sound surface. - Specialist Priming:
We applied a premium galvanised iron primer to the roof and a specialist etch primer to the aluminium joinery to ensure maximum adhesion.
Premium Topcoats:
- Roof:
Received three coats of Dulux Roof & Trim for ultimate durability. - Joinery:
Finished with Dulux Duremax for a modern, factory-like look. - Cladding:
Painted with a Resene Elastomeric membrane to waterproof and protect the stucco.
